Mid-September Cold Front

The cold front over Louisiana is projected to get into the gulf.  It is going to be close to west Florida. Will it impact west Florida’s weather?  The rain chances go up, but that is about it. It is forecast to transform from a cold front to simply the boundry of the air mass right around the 21st. Unfortunately, there isn’t enough pressure change to really get the wind behind the boundary of the front blowing. So, we will not be seeing any surf from this one.
