Saganaki Bomb Squad Play at the Dunedin Brewery

June 4, 2018 Raymond Hess

This is one musical event you won’t want to miss. One of the greatest surfers/instructors of all time Mr. Greg Rocktoff and his bandmates of the Saganaki Bomb Squad are playing at the Dunedin Brewery the night of Friday, June 15th, 2018. Their set of songs is likely to run around 9:30 pm. It’s something worth going to hear, for sure. There’s sure to be epic tracks.

Here’s the feature article from their performance:Saganaki Bomb Squad Dropping Bombs on a Friday Night

Mr. Rocktoff, another surfer named Yannis, and a couple other surfers used to have a band called Locolism. They wrote awesome lyrics for their songs, lyrics very relevant to surfers. Mr. Rocktoff was the lead singer of Locolism and the sax player. The sound tracks in the videos below are from their band!

You should definitely go hear them play!

The man, the myth, the legend himself, Mr. Rocktoff:

  • Another System Headed Our Way
It might be worth jumping in the water today. The weather model says we’ll see small long period west northwest swell coinciding with south winds towards the beginning of the weekend event next Saturday and Sunday. The winds look all jumbled as it happens. Next weekend’s swell starts with long period small west swell, switching … Continue reading Another System Headed Our Way →
