Around mid-day the wind was slack.  North northwest waves were lining up nicely on the sandbar. The walls of the waves were super glassy.  The water clarity was outstanding in the gulf, making the waves a lime green color.

The guy riding the wave below likes summer swells.  You can always find him surfing on the smaller, less crowded days.
