Louis Pappas Chopped Salads Are To Die For

These salads are so delicious! I’ve been eating them on the regular. If you haven’t been here before, or if it’s been a while since your last visit you should definitely stop by to get one. A large chopped salad will run you 16 bucks, and it’s so worth it. I get it without tomatoes, scallions, or anchovies. Gross, right? This is the Northwoods Plaza location on the corner of McMullen Booth and Enterprise Road. They do a great job every time. Go get yours today.

Steak

I just grilled this piece of meat up on my new grill. It turned out great. The grill got up to 700 degrees according to the built in temp gauge. Those high temps are perfect for searing a good piece of beef. And about the grill, get the 100 dollar ones. They seem to work better than the 500 dollar ones. The heuristic about you get what you pay for is false in this case.

A Good Recipie

I’ve been devouring this delicious meal on a regular basis. It’s pretty straightforward. It’s rice, black beans, and chicken mixed together with cheese and an asian hot oil sauce. The hot oil is just red pepper 🌶 mixed into heated oil with a little grated garlic. This is actually a rotisserie chicken and brown rice. Normally it’s white rice, but I heard this is healthier, so I’m giving it a try. It’s going to be delicious 😋! I’m always looking for a good recipie. Let me and the rest of the surfing the gulf traffic know about your delicious recipie! Shoot me an e-mail and let me know what you’ve been eating lately.

Seafood Restaurant Renovations

The old Crabby Bills at the main round-a-bout on Clearwater Beach is taking on a major renovation project.  The old building is being replaced by this new 3 story facility.  And from what I have heard, this is one of the few restaurants on the island that will cook your catch for you.  The restaurant is expected to reopen in March of 2017.
